In this case, it was only 48 hours, since it was the time that the company left us.
A design that does not stand out
These hours we have been able to use the Pixel XL, we have to say that we have found it very comfortable at hand. The device did not become big or heavy at any time, taking into account that its thickness is of the highest of the high range. If it is true, it can be very slippery on some occasions, almost falling out of hand, but in general, has left us a feeling at hand quite positive.

The appearance of the terminal has also left a good taste in the mouth, almost all. At the back, we found a rather original design, with a bottom made of aluminum, and a glass top, which, at first glance it looked, looks like it would be a magnet for the prints, but when we use it , We realize that it is not so. Something we wanted to point out is that, when trying to unlock the device with the fingerprint reader, we were quite wrong, because the touch of the glass and the fingerprint sensor is quite similar.
Another of the failures of this terminal in the design is its front. If we see the mobile off, we could remember a Chinese terminal or a mid-range, since it does not differentiate at all. We find some frames that are very badly exploited, and every time we are using it, we wonder why Google has not been able to take advantage of the lower frame, making the only function it has is to spoil the design of the terminal.

It is clear that Google has not made the best design of the year, but has managed to make an original design, differential, and that is not unpleasant at hand.

In our case, we have not had any problem with this. The experience with the screen has been almost 10. In high light situations, the device could interpret the luminosity well and gave us a very good interpretation of the colors in the automatic brightness.

The answer to the previous question we think is very simple: no. Right now we believe that we can not find any other terminal that gives us an experience like the one given by Google Pixel. We have been able to spend the 5 hours of screen with a varied use, between Wi-Fi, data, some other game and social networks. The worst part of the battery is its fast charge, since the terminal, in full charge, takes more than an hour and a half, a duration much higher than the terminals of the competition.
The coverage of this terminal could have been improved. We realized that on many occasions, when other terminals such as the Huawei Mate 9 or the Nexus 6P caught Wi-Fi, the Pixel XL did not yet recognize the network. This is very demanding, but we have to keep in mind at all times that we are analyzing a terminal of more than 900 euros.
Google wants to have the best camera on the market

This year, they have not wanted to disappoint, and we have been promised to have the best camera on a smartphone. We have to say yes, it is a very good camera. At all times, thanks to its IMX378 13-megapixel sensor and its incredible HDR + mode, it leaves us with some quality images, even in the worst possible conditions. Google has opted for the camera and has succeeded, has made a camera of outstanding. In situations of quite luminosity, leaves a great detail in each photograph and saturated colors that give much life to the image.

At night, we have to say that in part it has surprised us enough. Like the Nexus 6P, this camera is possibly the best shot at night, as we've seen in a lot of analysis in the US. In the photos at night makes a great interpretation of the lights and colors to take some great photos. The bad part, it may be that when there are lampposts nearby, the device does not know how to interpret them well and generate noise in the image.
Another point we want to talk about is the portrait mode. We tried it a lot, but it rarely left us the expected result. CONCLUSIONS
In our 48 hours with the Pixel XL, we have to say that we have been very happy, and it has cost us quite to get 'buts' to this terminal, since as you can see, in all the mistakes we have made, we have been very demanding . The reason we have been so demanding is because we are talking about the most expensive terminal with Android in the market, a merit that you have to win on your own.
But the time has come to answer the blissful question, is the Google Pixel XL worth the 909 euros it costs? The answer for us is easy: no. Surely, this Pixel XL is the best Android terminal of the year, but we do not think it is good enough to differentiate both in price of its competitors. We have been able to compare this terminal directly with the Nexus 6P, and we believe it does not cost nearly twice as much, considering that the 6P is officially on Amazon for 400 euros.

If we start comparing it with others, we do not believe that its quality justifies its price. Note 7 came on the market for about 100 euros less, and had a much better design, iris scanner, water resistance and a better screen. But since it is no longer on the market, we can continue to compare it with the S7 Edge, where we can see almost the same deficiencies with respect to Note 7, costing, right now, almost 600 euros.
